Destination Wyndham , formerly Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, is an American hospitality company. This is the parent company for Wyndham Hotel & amp; Resorts, RCIs and other lodging brands. It was separated from Cendant Corporation in July 2006.

The transaction was closed July 21, 2008. The US Franchise system previously sold the Best Inn America chain (formerly Best Inns) to the Country Hearth Inns network in 2005. The parent company is now known as America's Best Franchising Inc.
Wyndham purchased the Wisconsin-based Exel Inn chain in 2008, and converted all 22 of its properties into a Wyndham brand.
In 2010, Wyndham Destinations acquired the TRYP hotel brand from Sol MeliÃÆ'á Hotels & amp; Resorts of Spain.
