Valley Valley Hospital ( DVH ) is an Osteopathic acute care facility with 83 beds in the town of Victorville, San Bernardino County, California. It caters to the Victor Valley region of the south-central Mojave Desert.
DVH is currently owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), a hospital management company located in Ontario, California. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, who acts as Chairman of the Board at this time. The hospital is accredited by the Osteopathic American Association of Health Care Facility Accreditation Program.

Controversy
In 2005, two former nurses at Valley Valley Hospital won a lawsuit in which they claimed they were dismissed incorrectly after they accused the hospital's management of providing inadequate care to save money and Reddy repeatedly reported to work while under the influence of alcohol. In February 1999, Reddy was arrested for allegedly attacking Dr. Harry Lifschutz in Desert Valley Medical Group. Reddy jumped over the desk in the doctor's waiting room and allegedly tried to strangle him and take his laptop from Lifschutz's office.
