Desert Ridge Market is a super-regional shopping mall located just off Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard in Northern Phoenix, Arizona. Built by Vestar Development Co. and opened in December 2001. The mall has a winable area of ​​1.2 million square feet (111,000 mÃ,²). The mall is targeted at the upscale population of the northern East Valley, and Scottsdale, a five-minute drive from the mall via the freeway.
The CityNorth development will unite and connect with the development of Desert Ridge, but will offer a far more luxurious collection of stores than currently offered in Desert Ridge to serve populated northern Phoenix and affluent Scottsdale populations.
The mall was revamped in 2017 with shop painting, a fountain mounted at the entrance and a new, modern logo.
