The Wadi Rum Consultancy from Wadi Rum Organic Farms, is an example of the greening of the desert. Started in 2010, located in the historic Wadi Rum, in southern Jordan. Below by permaculture expert Geoff Lawton has established a sustainable farming system.
The program has achieved success, in particular, by applying the principles of hydrological design and permaculture. The results of the consultation have been documented in the photo, as well as on some videos.
